Everett Silvertips standout Landon Dupont scored the golden goal 39 seconds into overtime to help his team punch their ticket into the WHL Western Conference Finals for the first time since 2018. The Silvertips defeated the Kelowna Rockets 2-1 to secure the 4-1 WHL WC Semifinals series in Everett.
WHL Round 1 Playoffs: Portland Winterhawks vs Everett Silvertips (Game 1 – March 27, 2026)
Friday night playoff madness was an understatement at Angel of the Winds Arena. The Everett Silvertips begin its quest for that elusive Western Hockey League (WHL) Championship with a dominant 8-1 victory over the Portland Winterhawks to begin Round 1 of the WHL Playoffs. Julius Miettinen led the Tips with two goals.
Julius Miettinen’s Hat Trick (October 3, 2025)
Fresh off signing a three-year entry-level contract with the Seattle Kraken, Everett Silvertips’ Julius Miettinen (2024 second round pick) pulled off the hat trick during Friday’s game. The Finnish center now have five goals to his name in this young 2025-26 WHL season.
The hat trick performance played a role in the Silvertips defeating the Tri City Americans 7-1 at Angel of the Winds Arena in Everett.
The AquaSox got the job done in the 10th inning, defeating Spokane 3-2 Thursday afternoon. A sac fly led to Josh Caron to get on third base following the fly ball from Milkar Perez. Then Anthony Donofrio’s walk-off base hit allowed Caron to head home and score the winning run.
Tai Peete & Brandon Eike Home Runs (August 20, 2025)
The Everett AquaSox were able to get the 11-2 victory at Funko Field Wednesday night. Both Tai Peete and Brandon Eike contributed to the AquaSox’s momentous win with Eike hitting two on the night.
Back-to-Back-to-Back AquaSox Home Runs (Aug. 19, 2025)
Down 4-7 against the Spokane Indians, the Everett AquaSox attempted a comeback in the bottom of the 8th inning with three straight home runs.
It started with Felnin Celesten, who got his first hit, RBI and home run as an AquaSox to get the momentum rolling. Next up was Luis Suisbel, who delivered his 22nd home run of the season. Finally, Josh Caron tied the game with a left field bomber.
As its been the case with the entire second half of the Northwest League Championship, the AquaSox were unable to get it done defensively and lost to the Indians 10-7 at Funko Field Tuesday.
Colt Emerson’s Single Run Home Run (July 27, 2025)
After a disastrous 8th inning for the AquaSox, there was a bright spot in the bottom of the 9th. Optimism emerged after Colt Emerson hit a single-run homer to cut the gap down to 7-4 over the Spokane Indians. The result stood with Spokane ending the series with a Sunday victory. Emerson would get called up by the Arkansas Travelers on August 4th.
Everett vs Spokane Highlights (July 24, 2025)
In what can be best described as a bizarre matinee game, the Everett AquaSox had its shining moments throughout the game against the Spokane Indians.
It includes clips of Charlie Davis’ catch in the fourth inning followed by Tai Peete’s 15th home run of the season to put the Sox up 3-0 at the bottom of the sixth inning. Then Colt Emerson saved himself from disaster to throw the out in the top of the seventh.
Despite a small resurgence from the Indians, the AquaSox were able to held on to a 3-2 victory.

Home run highlights of Sunday’s series finale between the Hillsboro Hops and Everett AquaSox. In large part of Colt Emerson’s three-run homer, the AquaSox won 4-2 to win the series homestand.

It was another low scoring contest between the Everett AquaSox and Vancouver Canadians at Funko Field Wednesday. After a solid start by the AquaSox, things turned south in the eighth inning when the Canadians racked up three more runs to put them away with a 4-2 victory. Despite the loss, there were some incredible defensive plays that’s worth sharing in this highlight reel.

The first game of a six-game series between the Everett AquaSox and Vancouver Canadians flew by quick with the game lasting just two hours, but it didn’t lack excitement. Home runs were had, but in the end, the AquaSox prevailed with the 3-2 victory after a walk-off base hit by Luis Suisbel.
Everett vs Hillsboro Highlights (April 13, 2025)
The first home stand of the 2025 Everett AquaSox season hasn’t gone well as they entered the sixth and final game of the series against the Hillsboro Hops winless. That all changed when the AquaSox got their first home victory of the season with the final score of 8-4. A home run by Michael Arroyo proved to be the turning point of the game that got them a much needed win in the still young season.
Arena Football Fumble Six (April 3, 2025)
A bad night went worse for the Washington Wolfpack as not only the ball was fumbled inches near the end zone, it was recovered by the Billings Outlaws with DB Keon Cleary sending it all the way back for a touchdown. The Outlaws went on to win 63-21.

A highlight reel of the Everett AquaSox becoming the Malmö Oat Milkers for a day as part of the MiLB promotional program. When the dust settled, the Oat Milkers defeated the Spokane Indians 14-7.

AquaSox’s 10th Inning Rally (June 23, 2024)
Down 7-4 in the 10th inning, the Everett AquaSox refused to lose on a cloudy Sunday afternoon. The rally was capped off with a walk-off hit by Victor Labrada, who has had a tremendous series, to end the game as the AquaSox defeated the Hillsboro Hops 8-7. This game would be Labrada’s last as an AquaSox as he and Brock Rodden were called up to the Arkansas Travelers after this series.

No doubt about it, Victor Labrada crushed it with two home runs that helped the Everett AquaSox defeat the Hillsboro Hops 8-2 Friday.
A Tale of Two Bats (June 19, 2024)
Everett AquaSox’s Brock Rodden had two homers in the first leg of Wednesday’s doubleheader against the Hillsboro Hops. Rodden was able to do with two different bats which helped the AquaSox have a 2-0 lead at one point. However, the AquaSox would lose the opening game 7-3 and lose their second game 4-1.
Jared Sundstrom’s Home Run (June 18, 2024)
It was walks galore for the Everett AquaSox which had them up 2-0 despite having zero hits. That all changed in the bottom of the fifth inning when Jared Sundstrom hit a home run to extend the lead by three runs. Everett ended up defeating the Hillsboro Hops 6-0.

Vancouver Canadians’ Jamari Baylor wasn’t able to get the double after Everett AquaSox’s Bill Knight tagged him out in the 7th inning.

Fire Near Funko Field (August 25, 2022)
During the first inning of the Everett AquaSox-Spokane Indians game, a fire was noticeably visible. The fire took place at the Cedar Grove Plant in Marysville, WA on August 25, 2022. Fortunately, no injuries were reported.
