EVERETT, Wash. — The Edmonds Tritons volleyball team faced the Everett Trojans at Everett Community College Friday night.
Following an intense opening set which saw Edmonds win 28-26, it was smooth sailing from there as Everett were unable to dethrone the Tritons in the remaining sets.
When the dust settled, it was the Tritons sweeping Trojans 3-0 (28-26, 25-18, 25-15) as they’ve improved their conference record to 4-3 (14-16 overall) while Everett’s tough loss puts them at 2-5 (9-18) with three weeks remaining.
The Trojans will hit the road and face Whatcom next Wednesday before having their penultimate regular season home game against Olympic Friday, October 25 at 7 p.m.
